For the first time in this industry, we have introduced a free delivery policy with a surprise gift for you on every order.


Within 24 business hours of receiving your order, we will have most of it transferred to our logistics partners. Printing or custom orders will take an extra 3 business days to complete, 


Once your purchase has shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number. Once your package has left the warehouse, you can begin following its progress. You may also check the progress of your order by going to the “My Account” area of the site. To follow the progress of your order, you must give a valid email address. Though it’s not required, making an account will make tracking the package easier.


Klien Packagings now offers to ship to over 6,000 PINs throughout India for eligible orders. Shipping times range from 3–9 business days, depending on your zip code. Every product page includes a shipping estimate calculator and a field for entering your zip code to see when you may expect to receive the item. Occasionally, we may have delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, a national holiday, or a strike. Klien Packagings disclaims any and all responsibility in such circumstances. After an order has been placed, the shipping address cannot be altered.


Supply Chain Management:


We are unable to offer international shipping at this time. As long as the recipient’s address is in India, you can shop from anywhere worldwide and pay in Indian rupees.


Receipt for Goods and Services Tax


An invoice is included in every shipment and may be retrieved from within the packaging. Please let us know through email if you require an additional invoice once you have received your shipment.


Return Policy


  • Any returns will be accepted within 7 days of the order being received by the customer. 
  • Return Shipping charges will have to be bear by the customer. 
  • A customer must return the product to our warehouse address (KLIEN, Nagla Ram Kishan, Nagla Ram Kishan Line Paar Tundla, Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh – 283204) to get the refund. 
  • A 100% refund will be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the returned product.


Shipping Policy

All weekdays (Monday to Friday) are available for shipping, except national holidays. Your order may arrive in many packages if it contains items that must be shipped from different warehouses. When an order is missing items, you will be notified through email.

Klein packagings will guarantee prompt and proper delivery of your order,  in terms of accuracy and condition. Before taking delivery of the goods, please contact our Customer Care or email us at enquiry@klienpackagings.in, noting your order number, if you have any concerns that the product is damaged or that the packaging has been tampered with in any way. We promise to do everything in our power to get you a new shipment as soon as possible. In accordance with Indian Tax law, all shipments will include a detailed invoice listing the total shipment cost.
